Pilot-xls was created in 2025 after noticing a simple problem: many pilots need practical tools to manage flight records, planning data and operational information, but not everyone wants expensive software or another monthly subscription.
The first products were Excel-based pilot logbooks. The idea was to keep things simple: one file, clear structure, useful totals and direct control over the data.
Instead of building complex software, Pilot-xls focuses on spreadsheets that solve specific aviation tasks. That includes digital logbooks, flight planners and other Excel templates made for pilots who prefer tools they can open, edit, back up and keep.
The goal is not to replace every aviation platform. Pilot-xls is for pilots who want focused tools without unnecessary complexity, recurring fees or locked-in systems.
