Pilot-xls was founded in 2025 with a simple goal: to create affordable and practical Excel tools for pilots.
It started with Excel logbooks, built to be simple, flexible, and adapted to real aviation needs. Many existing solutions were either too expensive or unnecessarily complex, so we created tools that pilots could actually use efficiently.
Since then, Pilot-xls has expanded to include other aviation Excel templates, such as flight planners and operational tools, always with the same focus: simplicity, reliability, and fair pricing.
Pilot-xls exists to provide practical tools that help pilots stay organized without unnecessary complexity.
