Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, customers receive access to the download link on the confirmation page and by email.
The download link remains active for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page or order confirmation.
No physical shipping is provided for digital products.
Immediate Access to Digital Content
By placing an order, you understand that Pilot XLS products are digital products and that access to the digital content may be provided immediately after successful payment.
Where required by applicable law, by proceeding with your purchase you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the file has been downloaded.
