Refund Request Period

Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

Delivery Policy
For digital products, delivery is immediate upon successful payment. Customers will receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email. The download link will remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that your device is compatible with .xls files before purchasing.

Additional Support
We value user feedback. If you report a bug, we will provide a new updated version of the product at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify if their device supports opening and running .xls files. We will not issue refunds for device compatibility issues.
