- The email address used for the purchase.
- A short description of the issue.
- Screenshots or error messages, if relevant.
We aim to review and respond to complaints within 3 business days.
Digital Product Issues
Pilot XLS sells digital products delivered by download.
If your issue relates to a corrupted file, wrong file, failed download or technical problem, we may provide support, a corrected file, a replacement file or another appropriate solution, depending on the case and applicable law.
